💼 Payments & Booking Policy To keep everything clear and easy, here’s what you need to know when booking private sessions with DurAAcell: 💳 Payment • All bookings must be paid in full online to confirm your slot. • Payments are securely processed via Wix Payments. • Your booking price is all-inclusive — including processing or setup fees. 🔁 Reschedules & Cancellations • You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session, subject to availability. • Cancellations under 48 hours are non-refundable unless due to emergencies (with proof). • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or cancelled without refund. 📍 In-Person Bookings • You’ll receive a confirmation email with location or studio details. • Travel outside London zones 1–4 may incur a travel fee (quoted case-by-case). 🌐 Online Sessions • Zoom links will be sent at least 12 hours before your session. • Please ensure good lighting, internet connection, and space to move. ⸻ 📬 Questions or Special Requests?
