💼 Payments & Booking Policy To keep things smooth and professional for both of us, please review the policy below before booking a private session with DurAAcell. 💳 Payment All sessions must be paid in full online to confirm your booking. Payments are securely processed via Wix Payments. Your booking price is all-inclusive, no additional processing or setup fees. 🔁 Reschedules & Cancellations Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your booking, subject to availability. Cancellations or reschedule requests within 48 hours are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, flexibility may be considered at my discretion. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited without refund. 📍 In-Person Sessions You’ll receive a confirmation email with location or studio details ahead of your session. Travel outside London Zones 1–4 may incur an additional fee, quoted in advance if applicable. 🌐 Online Sessions Zoom links will be sent at least 12 hours before your session. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, suitable lighting, and space to move. 📝 Premium Session Add-ons For Premium 1:1 sessions, written notes, media, and resources will be shared within 48–72 hours after your session. 📬 Questions or special requests?
